Aims
This NVQ is a nationally recognised and flexible qualification from City and Guilds that enables candidates to have a qualification that relates directly to their supervisory caring role within the care establishment.
Assessment
Assessment will be carried out in the workplace by an occupationally competent assessor. You will present your assessor with evidence to demonstrate competency using a variety of evidence gathering methods. The main form of evidence will be derived from assessor observations of you carrying out everyday workplace activities.
Entry requirements
The NVQ level 3 is aimed at staff that have already attained the level 2 qualification and/or have a number of years experience in a senior or supervisory role.
