Training Needs Analysis
Our Employer Partnerships team can offer individual businesses support through a Training Needs Analysis. We believe that all training provision should be based on the identification of learning needs. One of our Workforce Development Officers will spend time with you to ensure that the provision offered fits the business requirements and the individual.
This is done by gathering information to find out if there are gaps in the existing skill levels in your workforce. We will then suggest learning strategies that will help fill those gaps. These might be bespoke courses, NVQ’s, foundation degrees or short courses to mention just a few of the different types of provision we offer. Advice on funding will be given.
We then work with companies to ensure that they have a clear idea of what we are delivering and that it meets the expected and agreed outcomes. We aim to provide learning opportunities that will allow your staff to develop and achieve personal and career goals and so ensure that they are working towards your business objectives.
